Memorial and Honorary Gifts

If you have a loved one who cares deeply about helping at risk youth succeed, establishing a Memorial or Honorarium Gift is a meaningful way to honor your loved one’s memory or to celebrate a special occasion while supporting MWYF.

Memorial Gifts

A memorial gift is a thoughtful and appropriate way to remember the life of a cherished family member or friend. When you make a memorial gift, the family of the individual you remember is sent a personalized letter acknowledging your generosity (the amount of the gift is not shown).

Honorarium Gifts

An honorarium gift is a special way of celebrating a friend, family member, doctor, nurse, or other health care professional — whose life has touched your family in some way. An honor gift may recognize an occasion such as a birthday, graduation, wedding, anniversary, or even a personal accomplishment. When you make an honor gift, the individual you designate is sent a personalized letter acknowledging your generosity (the amount of the gift is not shown). 

How to Donate a Memorial or Honorarium Gift

All gifts may be made online. Be sure to use the memorial/honorarium drop down and include the name of who you would like to be recognize and who to notify.

Checks may be made payable to MWYF and sent to MWYF, 1055 West 6th Street, Jacksonville, FL  32209.  Be sure to include “In memory of/honor of (your loved one’s name) in the memo column.
